    Same problem, only it eas B's and 8's. Took a few tries but it eventually worked!

    What can I do if I did not download the .pdf in step #3. It has been longer than 30 days and when I click the link I receive the message,

    It is too late to download this file. You were allowed to download within 30 days.

    Is there any other way I can convert my serial number into a redemption code?
