    Give credit where credit is do. So I was one of the million people that posted my frustration about the game and SE. After multiple attempts to get on to costumer service , they finally addressed my issues. I am satisfied and grateful that their solving millions of issues in a timely manner. To the SE team we as players can only imagine the amount of notices, emails, phone calls you guys get with the a thousand issues that a game like this came bring. I just want to say is Thank you.

    Thanks for nothing. The character creation restriction is ridiculous at best, and potentially game-killing at worst. The first few days were a scramble for players simply trying to get on, and now people who can finally log in and create a character can't join their more hardcore friends because their server just isn't open. Sorry. Maybe you can beg them to reroll. Yeah, that's great for the community.

    It's seems they've finally updated there strategy in dealing with a couple of more wide spread issues. At least there's a feeling now of their Customer Support being given the sort of tools they should've been given almost 2 weeks ago.


    Also, no offence, but it's 'due'; credit where credit is 'due'.

    I only correct you because I went almost my entire life thinking "then" and "than" were the same words until someone corrected me.
    It was a "you mean I've been playing an umbrella for 30 years?" moment.

    ^ I'm getting near that level of frustration. This is day 3 of not being able to join my friends because of character creation restrictions. I have to keep checking back and refreshing the server menu over and over and over in the hopes that it will open up and I can luckily claim a spot. Which, checking it from 1 am to 7 am this morning when I thought it would be available, it wasn't...

    I'm also having a relatively good experience, aside from some friends having registration issues. I could easily see you guys needing to hire some more tech support though.

    You guys could level on another server, server transfers are available the middle of this month, at least then you could transfer there, or your friends could transfer off realm to a lower population server.
