never got the email soooooo
If only I had a computer =( my PS3 code says invalid.. Don't know what to do

For PS3 users, your registration code (different from your early access code or serial code) needs to be entered in the PSN Store under "Redeem Codes" instead of the Mog Station. It worked for me. I hope it works for you too.
i can't decide what's more sad... the fact that we need to jump through 20 hoops to get a working code...or that more help is coming from the forum members than SE representatives. i was lucky enough to play most of the EA and liked the game, but the customer service, or lack thereof, is really bumming me out.
also, i'm pretty stoked about my amazon digital order getting cancelled, that was nice to come home to and have to look through 10 different threads to find out that because SE put a freeze on digital sales, a lot of amazon customers got the shaft. i haven't seen an official response to this from SE yet, but i'm thinking they feel they covered it since they made a post on freezing digital downloads. damned if you pre-ordered and have been playing all week or not.

I pre-ordered the game from Amazon and never got a second email with my serial code, I only got the early access code. Did anyone else receive the email with the registration code who ordered it from Amazon?
