I DID NOT have to redeem the game activation code. When I logged into Mog Station, my account was already active, I'm guessing because of the 1.0 account. I contacted SE support via email 3 days ago, and have yet to hear back from them about this.

The reason your account was already activated is because it stayed active from the EA code. You still have to put in the code that came with your CE in order to get the CE items.

That won't matter. It will give you an error stating that the code is invalid. Multiple people are having issues with this, myself included. As of yet, SE has decided to ignore the support center tickets for this or just flat out informing people that they don't have time to respond to them because it's not a priority.

Did you order the PC or PS3 CE. If you ordered the PS3 CE then you need to go to account management on the PS3, not on Mogstation

Guys, this is stated all over if you just look, the problem 1.0 players are having with using CE coeds is because they are not supposed to be doing that. It's unsupported. You were not supposed to buy the game again. Keep sending tickets into SE because a shit done of people did the same exact thing and if SE sees that enough people made this mistake they may allow you to use the codes.

If you were a 1.0 player with a CE, then no you do not need to reenter a code and people got their CE items as soon as the game went live. If you were like me and had standard edition in 1.0, then yes you do have to enter the CE code to get the items. So yes, this may be causing the problem for some, but others do need to enter their code and if they bought the PS3 version they need to do it on Sony account management, not SE.
