Well let us inform SE
Well let us inform SE
What we suffer is "the curse of knowledge". For new people, most of the dungeons after level 24 is considered "intense". For us, we just don't understand why newbies do not "get the mechanic" when everything is spelled out for you right in front of your screen... For them Brayflox is HARD ("you want me to Esuna all of you? move out of the way? and cure three people???), Sunken Temple is "ZOMG WTF was that", Cutter's Cry was "intense" and Titan "baby trial" was "fck this, I swear I ran and out of the train track from hell".
Guys, this is stated all over if you just look, the problem 1.0 players are having with using CE coeds is because they are not supposed to be doing that. It's unsupported. You were not supposed to buy the game again. Keep sending tickets into SE because a shit done of people did the same exact thing and if SE sees that enough people made this mistake they may allow you to use the codes.
For the people who are not 1.0 players you have a different issue altogether and should look at the other threads or make one yourself. 90% of the people with code issues are because they are doing something they shouldn't or are doing it wrong. I know the mogstation is a piece of shit but try to work through it carefully and read other posts telling you how to do it. Anybody I have helped with code issues seems to get it solved if they just take their time and read.

Did you order the PC or PS3 CE. If you ordered the PS3 CE then you need to go to account management on the PS3, not on MogstationThat won't matter. It will give you an error stating that the code is invalid. Multiple people are having issues with this, myself included. As of yet, SE has decided to ignore the support center tickets for this or just flat out informing people that they don't have time to respond to them because it's not a priority.
If you were a 1.0 player with a CE, then no you do not need to reenter a code and people got their CE items as soon as the game went live. If you were like me and had standard edition in 1.0, then yes you do have to enter the CE code to get the items. So yes, this may be causing the problem for some, but others do need to enter their code and if they bought the PS3 version they need to do it on Sony account management, not SE.Guys, this is stated all over if you just look, the problem 1.0 players are having with using CE coeds is because they are not supposed to be doing that. Well I have submitted a request with SE store where I bought the CE digital to ask for a refund since I cannot use this product due to the fact I had bought 1.0. That way, I can atlest upgrade my account to CE from the mog station as attended. That is a pain to do it this way.. but only thing I know to do.

If any of you purchased through Amazon.com and are having these problems, try checking out this thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...92#post1115592
I was having some similar sounding issues after making my digital CE purchase through amazon.com, but managed to figure out how to get my items. May be worth a read.
