I should have CE items by now, right?

Because I do not. In Mog Station, my account is listed as a standard account. I am a 1.0 non-legacy account holder, who bought the 2.0 CE digital edition. I've received the pre order items, the mog hat and cat sith minion. Emails include the confirmation after I bought the CE digital. EA code, and the game activation code email.

I DID NOT have to redeem the game activation code. When I logged into Mog Station, my account was already active, I'm guessing because of the 1.0 account. I contacted SE support via email 3 days ago, and have yet to hear back from them about this.

Just wondering if there's something I'm missing to get those items, and my account listed as a CE account.

i have the exact same problem but i was not 1/0 user i just played open beta....but it seems if you already had the client downloaded you will have this problem

It took a while for me to acquire this information, because my girlfriend did the same thing. But, you should have received two codes to use in your current mogstation. The first one was for pre-order access, marking your mogstation as standard game.

You should have received, in your registered email, a code on tuesday to upgrade your mogstation account to the CE edition. You do the same process in mogstation, adding a game, and using the new code - it will upgrade your icon to CE copy,a nd you will receive all items in the in-game mail.

I, however, am STILL waiting on my hard copy of CE. Been in Atlanta, according to shipping, since the 22nd... 6 hour drive... 7 days (and possibly more) for shipping.... /rant

I have CE Box, and i have same problem. When i registered my code it upgraded my acc to Standard not Collectors. I got my 30 days sub but there is no bonus items... Its cheating. They stole my money. I wroted to them but no response.

The reason your account was already activated is because it stayed active from the EA code. You still have to put in the code that came with your CE in order to get the CE items.

That won't matter. It will give you an error stating that the code is invalid. Multiple people are having issues with this, myself included. As of yet, SE has decided to ignore the support center tickets for this or just flat out informing people that they don't have time to respond to them because it's not a priority.

Did you order the PC or PS3 CE. If you ordered the PS3 CE then you need to go to account management on the PS3, not on Mogstation

Guys, this is stated all over if you just look, the problem 1.0 players are having with using CE coeds is because they are not supposed to be doing that. It's unsupported. You were not supposed to buy the game again. Keep sending tickets into SE because a shit done of people did the same exact thing and if SE sees that enough people made this mistake they may allow you to use the codes.

If you were a 1.0 player with a CE, then no you do not need to reenter a code and people got their CE items as soon as the game went live. If you were like me and had standard edition in 1.0, then yes you do have to enter the CE code to get the items. So yes, this may be causing the problem for some, but others do need to enter their code and if they bought the PS3 version they need to do it on Sony account management, not SE.
