So basically they closed my ticket because needing to redeem my PAID for activation code prior to the end of Early Access isn't time sensitive.............???????????????

Now you'd think simple, just re-open the ticket? Nope, cannot do. Ticket does not exist in my ticket history.
And well even if I could it would be past the cut off date for activating into full accounts the early access accounts given that ticket support is 48 hours (if they even do look at it).

I am seriously now considering getting a US friend to take Square Enix to the BBB over this and force a resolution. And taking it to my own local Consumer Affairs. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever received.
