    Cant start the whitemage quest, please help :(

    hello community

    i always loved to be the healer, so i want to become a whitemage so bad.
    but its not that eay as i thought: i just cant start the quest.
    i got my con and my arc lvled (con 30 arc 16) but this guy still says that my arc isnt lv 15 yet. i did all the quests on my arc and my con too :/ i just dont know what to do

    I too made this mistake. They ask for level 15 arcanist not archer...don't worry arcanist is piss easy to level.
