    What is wrong with your Live Assistance?

    After waiting in the "Q" behind 186 other people, it took over an hour and a half to get down to number 2 and suddenly my chat status goes from " Searching for an available agent" to "No agent is available" chat canceled. If you don't have anyone on live assistance then make it unavailable on your website. If you have employee's who are cancelling peoples live assistance request for help because they don't want to help then those employee's should be fired.

    So which is Square Enix?

    had the same thing happen to me lol so you're not alone. I was thinking about getting back in queue only to find out I was number 500 in line, so I said no thanks...
