Hatching-tide question

Did quest in Ul'dah and LL both gave the same hat.

In FFXI you often had to do the quest once to get a NQ version of the item and then the same quest again to get the HQ version. The same theory may apply to the fancier looking hats, so maybe try doing the limsa or ul'dah quests again if it'll let you? I'd try it myself, but I only have two earth eggs so far
