We are having just that problem, no character has been made on the account yet.

All that happens is we launch the client, then press start (to get to character selection/creation) However the screen does not come up. It just remains black with the loading pinwheel at the bottom.

My only hunch is it has something to do with the first cinematic though we don't hear it either? Any ideas anyone? (Ran great on benchmark)
