    [Game suggestion] Crafting Improvements

    I have some crafting suggestions. Here they come:

    Change the facilities-option. Make facility buffs stack, why does the new buff replace the old one? Or perhaps just make 1 crafting buff that works for all classes.
    Also I would like some more repair/facility npc's in the city. For example one near/in the market area would be nice. It's not much fun running from the market ward in ll to the npc in hawker's alley and back several times. I assume the facilities are there as a money sink, but so far it's only annoying.

    Make quality make sense. I see no difference in the chance of getting a HQ item if I have 70 quality or if you have 300+, what gives? Most of the time I feel like I'm having more success with low quality but a lot of touch up, than a high quality and a few touch up.

    Re-evaluate guild mark rewards. Right now you can't see if a leve gives you marks, but it does show for battle and field craft. Why?
    Also, it's a lot harder to gain guild marks for crafting than it is for battle craft. Why?
    I don't know if it's a good idea or not, but how about making the items you can buy with guild marks have lowered or no rank restriction at all?

    Make the list of synthesis commands(standard, rapid, bold, etc) non-scrollable. Right now you always have to scroll down to select your command(gets tedious). And after you select the command the list goes back to the top making you select the wrong option sometimes.

    And how come that when crafting they always use the items from the biggest stack and not the smallest? It makes me end up with 2 stacks that could easily stack together.

    Please do something about the amount of inventory space used by all of our tools and possibly gear. See this thread I made in general discussion:

    PS. I love the new crafting leve feature where it asks me if I want to continue crafting, very useful.

    How about adding buff and repair ability to the npc inside the ward.

    Pretty sure this already exists in certain wards. I stumbled across NPCs in Uldah wards which were implemented in the December patches, though I can't remember exactly if they were crafting support or help NPCs.

    From what I have read the whole HQ thing is crap. Here is my understanding...if you have 70 quality then you have a 7% chance of HQ if you have 300 quality then you have a 30% chance. This whole crafting aspect of the game needs an overhaul. Here are my suggestions:

    Synthing HQ items need to be addressed

    Stacking abilities

    Destabilizing needs to be ajusted (I tend to destab 60% of my synths with that specific stat capped)

    Local Leves need to have the guild marks on them (I rarely get these, one of the main reasons I do not do them)

    Mats for recipes need to be changed, some recipes call for a higher ranked mat (of that same class) to be used in a lower recipe, example Bronze Arrow is a r10 recipe BUT in order to make the Cedar Arrow Shafts you need to be around r24.

    I find that crafting is tedious and I wish and hope that the new team makes it more enjoyable.

    I also don't do local leves for this reason. It just takes too much time for such a low chance of payoff.

    It would be awesome if there was a action bar for crafting (like there is for battle) instead of a menu. This would remove the need to scroll for abilities, remove the need to navigate to rapid or bold repeatedly, make the crafting UI more visually appealing, and in my opinion make crafting feel more exciting and involved.

    The new menu reduction for regular synthing is really nice but I feel it would be better if the default menu selection after a synth was "Recipes" instead of "Requested Items". Its a small change but with the new leve synthing process I rarely have to select "Requested Items" and 99% of the time at that stage in the menu process I select "Recipes"

    I also, feel that the time limit in-between actions needs to be increased. The way it is now makes it a really tough to chat and craft at the same time.

    I would definitely like to see a "repeat synthesis" option under "finish" when doing normal synthesis. Something similar to what was implemented for local leves that would reduce the number of windows/clicks you have to go through to just do the same exact synthesis over. It's so tedious right now when you need to smelt a load of ores or are trying to level up on a particular synthesis.

    Make it faster! The animations are too long! Seriously it takes way too long to craft 1 item!
