Guide to fast xp?

Hi, i'm a 1.0, alpha and beta player, and leveling up on this game during these phases have never gripped me as much as leveling up on the real deal, right now I need to become a Dragoon, but after having to start a new character, I've found it long and tiresome to level up, especially with the "1017" popping out everywhere, so please tell me whats the best way to level up?

• Story job and side quest gives nice XP for first job
• Do the job quests every 5 level to keep weapon updated
• Often check your hunting log and keep it updated
• Participate in fates whenever you see one
• Behest gives nice XP first time you do them
• Then dungeons from lv15
• retire in inn when you log out and use food for +3% exp when you run dungeon
• FC can also provide bonuses like more exp during fights
