    White Mage Lv 100
    White Unicorn is a level 30 Conjurer quest, you get it from the conjurers guild when you're 30. You can ride it at any rank/job though once you've unlocked it.

    Black horse I have no idea about, sorry. At a guess the Thaumaturge guild also at level 30 I would think.
