PS3 Registration Code

Hello all. I have the PS3 Collector's Edition which I pre-ordered from GameStop. I participated in early phases of Beta and have downloaded and currently use the same launcher to play as I did for early access. I am just wondering how/where I input my codes for my Collector's Edition items and my 30 days of free access? It appears I received two codes. A registration code printed on the back of the PS3 instruction booklet and a product registration card with a serial code printed on it. Which code do I use and where do I input it to obtain my items and free access? Thanks.

The back of the manual code is what you use... should be a 4-4-4 number, redeem it on your ps3 through account management also you can still use your early access launcher
