I'm with Max on this one, we're paying for a service to be available. That service is not available. I have yet to see SE offer any sort of recompense or hints at making things right for their community. They have explained that they're out of capacity and will fix it, but even EA had Sim City fixed faster than this and they at least made some pitiful effort to say they're sorry and offer some crappy game. At this point I spend 2-4 hours/day attempting to log in. That's 2-4 hours/day that I'm not leveling up or enjoying a game that I'm paying for. If I wasn't paying for this then beggars can't be choosers and I'd be patient with SE, since they're charging me I expect a service in exchange for the $ that I put up.
