    SE customer service is a problem occuring and then eight hours later an intern posting as someone from the dev team says sorry please look forward to it. The customer service number might as well be one of those joke bumper sticker HOW'S MY DRIVING 555-GET-BENT type deals.

    I contacted them pre-release, pre-early access etc. It may have been a bit crazy, due to release, but 10 days is excessive for any companies customer service.

    NA Customer support is horrible, been dealing with them since October 23rd 2003 (NA FFXI Release date).

    Regardless of past experiences with SE customer services I hope you can understand that they might just be a little hammered with calls, tickets, and requests. Not trying to white knight, just point out that you are not the only person with issues right now in case you haven't noticed.

    Yep, terrible customer service...
    Most of the time, they are auto-generated responses having nothing to do with the topic.

    Also am still waiting for my copy of FFXIV:ARR... taking forever to get here.

    Emailed them about it once already, apparently they thought it was about the early access code, so it didn't help one bit (again, automated messages suck).

    So am trying again....

    Probably will never buy from the SE store again due to crappy service in that department as well.

    I had an issue, So i went to the support thing and lodged a problem under ff11, this let me live chat with someone and they didnt mind i was really there for ff14

    So basically because it took longer then 48 hours, we will just close it instead of bothering to answer it. The problem is still relevant, and now i have to resubmit it and wait another few days for them to probably cancel it again.
