    Coeurl mount is not on my mount menu after using the bell

    I redeem the code for the collectors and got all the items on the mail use the bell and the chocobo behemoth armor and got the armor but the mount wont appear in the mount menu, and yes i already got my chocobo i reboot but still it wont appear the item is gone from my inventory and support for the game sucks made too tickets and all i receive from them is the generic response to make a post in the forums and then the close the ticket great costumer service.

    Im in the same boat pal, used my bell and its not in my mounts tab, feel like ive been ripped off here, there customer support really sucks the big one. we need to get a solution to this pronto

    Manage to get a hold on a support representative after an hour long wait to receive the news that only a GM can help with my problem but so far i haven't found a way to contact a GM. If anyone know how to get on hold of such mythical creature please let me know all the tickets i have created so far have been close and answer with a can response.

    When making a "GM call" in game you need to select the right groups in the top of the form (drop down menus 1 + 2) to specify it's a "GM call" / "In game support" otherwise you'll get fobbed off to FAQ web page and forums.

    Well i try it yesterday sadly i have to say that all u receive is the same can response i get from the mail support apparently support on this game is bul... still in the look out for one of those mythical creatures call GM.
