Software One-Time password is for smartphone (iOS/Android) instead of the hardware one-time token. Get the SQEX Token app (iOS/Android) first then follow the steps.

i have tried this and when i go to the steps it tells me i'm not registered. but i have registered has far as i know too. i have setup my subscription and yesterday upgraded to the collectors edition on my account page. the only place it tells me i'm not registered is on the one-time password page.
