    Tried all 3 cities.. same deal.

    I even threated to shoot the balloons down and got ignored.

    I can confirm that it is not r5 or maybe rank depend, I am now rank 5 as BSM and no ! icon


    edit : I was wrong, it is R5, the icon didnt appear until I am near the NPC, sorry. And ofc I encounter : "you re not able to bla bla bla"

    maybe there's a time delay so you cannot make new chars for eggs and trade them and rinse/repeat

    It seems as if once you get an egg nothing happens.. You can't do anything with it. Can't get any more. Maybe have to wait, maybe a part of the quest we don't understand/haven't figured out yet.
    For those of us who can't even get an egg, I don't think we're missing out on much at the moment.
