Unable to play the game since the open beta

No hasn't happened to me but there's a ton of support tickets out and alot being done for the game so I'm pretty sure SE, will some how do something about all peoples problem, there working with alot on there plate.....

Yep, same exact issue here. Most of my friends that are playing are having the same issue as well. I've created characters on 4 servers and they all have the same issue. From what I've read you can continue to try to log in and eventually you'll get into game. Personally, I have better things to do, so I submitted a support ticket and asked for a refund.
