Unable to play the game since the open beta

After the beta i pre-ordered to get early access, This is what happens when i try to play the game.I s any one else having this issue? SO i have basically bought a game and i am unable to play it.

No hasn't happened to me but there's a ton of support tickets out and alot being done for the game so I'm pretty sure SE, will some how do something about all peoples problem, there working with alot on there plate.....

Yep, same exact issue here. Most of my friends that are playing are having the same issue as well. I've created characters on 4 servers and they all have the same issue. From what I've read you can continue to try to log in and eventually you'll get into game. Personally, I have better things to do, so I submitted a support ticket and asked for a refund.

When you get that screen it shows 1017 in the bottom right of the corner. This is what you will see when the world is too full to join the Que to get in. If you simply keep trying over and over you will usually get in in under 5 minutes. I know it is dumb but this is just the problem they are having with server capacity, I expect it to be completely fixed in less than 2 weeks. It has been getting a little better every day though.

In other words its not a problem on your end, its just the servers are full and you need to keep trying until you get a spot.

That video was me trying to get in for five minutes. Sometime i get the message 19 in que waiting to join or osmething like that then after after one minutes of waiting i get the 1017 screen again and get taken back to the main menu. i hope this get resolved soon.

If you use a gamepad you can spam the A button realy fast to get in, that is what I do. Harder with mouse/keyboard

I usually get a 1017 error but after about 10 minutes i usually get in. It has been getting better since the start so I'm okay waiting a bit to get into the server.

If you use a gamepad you can spam the A button realy fast to get in, that is what I do. Harder with mouse/keyboard

You can just hit the "0" on your NumPad and it's basically the same thing.

Ya i noticed that but thought it was only if you used gamepad controls.
