Same issue. Support will not help. They just say buy another downloadable collectors edition.......but from where? SE is no longer selling. Amazon will only sell to USA.
Other solution.....make an EU account, lose pre-order items, lose my characters, and lose the ability to play with my son and my partner as the server we are on does not allow new characters.
