So I see devs posting about quality of life stuff but how about a post as to why some 1.0 owners can't log in...... is every one being able to try and play not slightly more important then having auto chocobo dismout and matching UIs?????

Could it be that on a project of this size, there are developers that work on different aspects of the game? could it be that the ones posting as you describe have nothing to do with the elements that govern login and/or service account validation? Could it be that those that are involved in that are trying to fix it and not posting to the boards?

im sure their all busy but we need as a community to know whats going on with the issues we are having customer support is a complete joke twice ive tried the chat thing just to wait for 2.5-3 hrs and get kicked with a message that says their is no one to help me. so its up to the devs and community managers to fill us is just look at the threads we need answers and not just the issue im having but many others that are just being ignored for the time being
