SE FFXIV support by far the worst in any MMO to date

3 days of waiting in Chat for over 8 hours each to only get a message saying there is no one available sorry come again later

only to reque and get the same message

And the phone support is always busy and there isnt even a Hold option to wait for a support agent

so far the launch is going really bad

Can you imagine how many people are trying to talk to them too? the number of people with complaints and what have you, outweighs the amount of workers they have.

Especially at a time like this, when everyone's trying to get there errors fixed and what not.

I have not seen any fixes or tech support for AMD issues on the forums either besides try the beta driver
