    Transfer from JP to NA?

    When they open up realm transfers in mid september does anyone know if they will be allowing transfers from JP to NA? I'd like to start a new char but only if I know I can play with friends in the future.

    I think in 2-3 weeks they will allow paid transfers...but for news on people who pure can't play coz of full servers, nope, nothing yet.
