Still can't get past the Start Screen

Error 2002 still prevents me from even pressing Start. I am close to requesting a refund from Square Enix seeing as how Gamestop will only give me $5 instead of a full refund. Either fix it and give me 3 moths free " equal to price of the game" Or give me my $40. Tha's all I have to say.

Error 2002 is most often caused by a failure to connect, relating primarily to your ports.

Try to reset your router, and see if that helps.
