But, Square Enix has removed contact by phone & Chat in the customer support area. The support numbers (There are 2 that I've found) Are disconnected I assume due to the dead tone every time I call. The lady at the main office front desk will not transfer you to anyone. (BTW the number is 310-846-4000 Maybe you'll have more luck.) No tickets are being replied to.

This is just unacceptable. I pre-ordered, was at gamestop at midnight, just to be able to wait over 24 hours before being able to even get on a server. Which is pointless because I BOUGHT THE -ONLINE- FINAL FANTASY TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS - Go Figure?? Not to mention, WHY ALLOW THE GAME TO RELEASE IF BETA 4 AND EARLY ACCESS HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS??????? For God's sake. So now I just want my money back, because this is ridiculous. And what makes it worse is even though I finally was able to create a character on a European server - I haven't been able to log in since I created it.

I want my money back. I'm at the point where I could care less about the game.
