I'm still stuck with the problem with my key linked to the wrong account service...
I've already sent 3 tickets without succes.
I heard that you can contact support via chat but there is no such options in s-e support EU.
I live in Belgium so the call center doesn't work either.
I tried too use the direct link https://squareenixen.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_landing but that doesn't work neither...

I dont know what to do anymore, early access ends in a few hours, I'll be forced to buy a second key to continue playing with my guild it's just insane... I'm a tank so I just can't slack off and wait 2 weeks for a solution for a problem that was due to a BUG... It's not acceptable, i'm a customer now.
