    I am so bad w/ names and locations, but if you remember where you would go to turn in your moogle/ifrit quest from 1.0, i believe you might be able to get them there. I got my gamblers crown there.

    Honestly, there's no longer a point to the Luminary tools outside of the achievement pat on the back now. The level 50 class quests for DoH and DoL now reward a tool that's the same stats as Luminary. You'll reach 50 LOOOONG before you do xxx activity thousands of times in multiple zones. They really should reduce the numbers required for Luminary at this point.
