    Meeting the Resistance

    Hi guys,

    Been having a problem with this quest. I spoke to Minfilia, and she said to speak to Haribehrt in Al Mingho (Western Thanalan). But he doesn't seem to be here. Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?

    The quest marker actually doesn't show up on the map anywhere, and I have done everything possible up to this point, that's why I'm so confused.
