    So I've had multiple 90K's over the last few days.
    The problem still exists.
    My wife who is hooked into the same modem, has not had any issues with the 90k error.

    I have tried WTfast and Battleping. Battleping worked for me all earlier today but now its not working anymore. I tried using WTfast and it didn't work either.

    there is another thread with 85 pages worth of people with this, yet the tittle of that thread says ISP throttling, SE do think it is our ISP...
    and it's been 2 weeks, they have not said anything at all regarding this, not even "We are looking into this" or "we are aware of that...."
