Try a few more time or close out the game and log back in. It just means there are too many people in the world for another one to be let in.

Indeed - I had expected to wait to get onto my server, but without a Q system, it seems positively futile.

It's neither a bug, nor an error, it's an informational message number that designates the message from the game server telling you that the world is full - in other words there are already as many or more concurrent users than the system can handle. Folks really need to get a handle on this. 1017 is not a bug and it's not an error, the queues are working, but you only get queued when the server has space for you, the queue is for users that will be logged in but are waiting for that process to complete. It's not a queuing system that most people want, they want an auto-retry to log them on when a space opens.

No, it's not a bug. It is the error code that occurs when ever available slot on the server is full so the log in Queue cannot be started. It is supposed to do that. The only bug is that the error code is too vague.
