Its possible it comes from Gold on a very rare fate.

Attack on Hivebelly comes to mind as a good example, with so many people grinding fates at Quarrymill on pretty much every server. This particular fate probably hasn't appeared for a very long time.

Or some of the fates in the Sahagin area with the Pirates etc. Ones that people don't do. Who knows!
