    the HD7450 is a pretty weak card.

    I'd look into upgrading to a:
    HD 7750 (about $100 on sale)
    or
    HD 7850 (about $150 on sale, one of the best bang for the buck options)

    Either of those cards should give you a 8-10x boost in benchmark scores.
