    Unable to receive V1.0 CE upgrade items

    I upgraded my 1.0 account to CE and I should have gotten a mail with the CE items. I did not get this. I want the items I paid for.

    On a side note did you upgrade through the MogStation? If so when you ugpraded did it add 30days to your service account or just still have the 14days they gave us?

    I used mogstation ya, it's the only way to upgrade a 1.0 account directly that I am aware of. And it added only the 14 days. It set up a subscription for more time, but I cancelled it. Game is still too broken to pay more for right now.
