Can I get a refund?

Sorry if this has been asked. I looked through 3 pages and didn't see a thread about it.
Is there a way I can just get a refund and cancel my account? I have only played about 10 minutes total (opening cutscene and a handfull of quests). I love the game but would prefer to come back and play when there is room for me to play.

Is there a link or something I can do for a refund? I wouldn't even mind suspending my 30 days. I just want to be able to play the game since im paying for it.

Unfortunately, this is a real game. Just like when I played FF12 for a while and realize it's complete shit, I couldn't refund it.

ive heard of some doing chargebacks but its not considered a kind thing to do. Alot take it as stealing or ripping a company off so to speak. Ive got a petition going to try to fix alot of our initial login errors and whatnot to maybe stabilize the server a little more in hopes to allow others like yourself and me the abliity to play after work. Last i saw there is a trial time, so you actually did not pay anything yet aside from the copy.

Also, knowing how these things normally work they will give people game time for the time that was lost during this period.
