Cannot create character

True and it doesn't matter what industry this is my reaction would be the same, you pay for a product you should get what you paid for, otherwise it just doesn't work. Oh and another absurd is that I had to create char on jp server to even write on this forum.

I got to play in open beta and the first day of early access but sense then I have been locked out of my server and I feel the same way you do about the whole situation that's been going on. To lock out player from playing a game they paid for is bad business practice and the only eta we have on a fix is only a band-aid fix that wont come till next week.

They need to open up ques and boot afker from game after a time period and when they add more server free transfers to the new server is what needs to happen to get this game running again.
