Complaints about launch (multiple posts, really a 1000 character limit?!)

I logged in Saturday Morning (8:00AM EST) and played for 3 hours until emergency maintenance struck around 11:00 AM EST. I have made countless attempts to log back in over the last 5 days, ever since that maintenance, and have had nothing but 1017 messages EVERY TIME. SE needs to do more than just increasing the server populations. As much as the people who have been perma-logged in don't deserve it, SE should credit us the free play time since it was intended to be included with the purchase of the game. Since I for one, among countless others, have had little opportunity to play, due to SE's error, should not have to pay for time I would otherwise have been granted had they been properly prepared for release.
