How to get my CE items

I pre ordered the CE the 19th this month. I got a code for "early access" and I entered it. Then the items came and all I got was the SE items, not the CE items.

According to the mogstation, I have the SE, but i pre ordered the CE.
What should I do?!

Not that can play the game I payed money for at the moment (1017), but I can fix it now hopefully.

Several people are experiencing this (myself included). There's been no clear cut answer by SE regarding it. I'm currently awaiting a support center response.

Did you play FF14 1.0? If you have an old account there are issues.

Have your registered any code yet?

Early access create a temporary account that lists as standard, if you are still using early access you can try following these steps: here
