PSN purchase of CE version but no code has been delievered

Hi Guys

Basically as the title says, my housemate brought the CE version of the game through the PlayStation 3 Network but has yet to receive any code allowing her to play the game through emails( she has checked both the junk mail and inbox), and I'm wondering when she should receive the code since ideally she like to play

Digital version or physical version? If it was bought in the Playstation Store, then she doesn't need to put a code in.

Digital, she loads up the game and it keeps telling her that she has no access and she needs a code for it, also she does have a account with the game since she did phase 4 on it.

Does it say "No valid service account"?

I think there's an issue with PS3 digital copy from PSN that Mog Stations still think you haven't been authorised with a PSN purchase, and your SEN probably is tied to your SQEX account already and yet "No valid service account" error?

I have Windows CE (1.0 -> ARR) and had no trouble on Windows client, Mog Stations report only CE (WIN) and not even recognise the PS3 version. Upon launching PS3 game client, I only able to click a button "I currently possessed a Square Enix Account" where there was another button for setting up a new Square Enix account (avoid this if you want to use same service account). And when login in, the Square Enix ID is greyed out. Login was fine but next screen says "No valid service account"...

Welcome to the group xD there many topics about this problem....everyone who bought the game on psn cant log in.the se account doesnt recognize the service...we have to wait.mine was bought yeasterday on europe psn.and i already talked here with a lot of people with the same problem.

When I bought my standard digital version from PSN I did not get any emails, you don't get a registration code for the psn purchase of the game you automatically get it, not sure on CE though. The digital downlaod came preconfigured kinda, atleast for my early access and items. It walked me through setting up a new PS3 specific service account which was kinda defaulted if I remember right, and my phase 4 character was there for me too. Also listed was an unused Windows beta 1.0 service account. I read another post today with someone with the same issue. Im wondering since they announced they are temp. stopping digital downloads, this is creating a problem? I hope I can get on when i get home
Check your PS3 services >>Account management>> transaction management>> then services. You will see FF XIV and press X.

Sorry to desapointing you but i m almost sure you will not log in on ps3 with a digital verision from psn..anyone with this problem cant including me.since the launch
