Problem with mage robes comparing to chestpiece + helm stats

Is it possible that when you want to equip a mage robe that doesn't allow a headpiece that you could see directly if it is an upgrade compared both chestpiece as headpiece.
As it is now it only let you see how much you improve on the chestpiece while you loose the headpiece aswell.

IMO its not possible
comparing need to be between equal number of item, so its not possible to compare 1 item to 2 items

though it usually goes like this
basic defensive stats robes > body + head
additional stats (like INT, MND, ETC) body + head > robes

Also came on to gripe about this as well... There has to be a way to do this, in a little extra programming I'm sure but it's quite annoying. Especially on PS3 where you can't really compare you equipment that easily.

WoW can do it, so its not impossible. Difficult perhaps, but not impossible.
