14/30 days free Question

Does anyone know if we get some of this time back as every time I go to login and create a character I can't get onto an servers for NA? Or did they just give us this time because they knew they had problems with there servers and this is there way of being like well you did not pay. I was a previous FFXI player and 1.0 FFXIV and boy I have never had such problems. Anyway why would they not start working on this issue now, if you read the updates they are not going to do anything till next week and they have also suspended the purchase of Digital copies thats going to turn away a lot of revenue they need to fix this garbage. I'm sure there are a million topic referencing the same issues. Just want to get some feedback or am I the only one having this issue. Support is 0 help they don't even get back to you and when I call there is nothing..... For those who can get in is the gameplay lagging, choppy etc...? Just wondering for when I finally get in or am I just going to be even more disappointed. For now it back to trying to get in lol thanks for any input guys and gals.

There has been no word as of yet if they plan to compensate players for any of their free days besides those who incorrectly registered their CE codes to the wrong service accounts. I assume they will release a statement about it soon or later and let everyone know if they will address those who lost free days or not. As of right now, we still wait.

Don't worry mikeyboy. You aren't alone in this, at least. Once SE sorts things out and things are stable, I believe it is then that they actually start charging us. Or atleast compensate us with the days we've lost. I mean if I owned SE I'd do that. Anyone who truly respects their player base would do that. Any good company would do that, right? ;O Since money is involved and all. Atleast for now, I'm thinking that I can cut them some slack... FOR NOW. :P

Thanks for your input guys. Yeah I'm not gonna be one of those dicks (excuse my language best way I can phrase it) that bash them and want this and that. I honestly see it as a good thing that so many players are coming back. I just hope that its so many player and not there service that is messed up. I've loved the final fantasy series since the first game on NES back in 88 ugh did I just tell my age haha. I would never give up a game that got me into the RPG genre and has been such a big part of my gaming life lol. Hope it all pans out soon as I am super excited to play with my friends. All the beta phases were fun but did not put to much effort into it as it was a test phase haha wanna go all in and get this going .....-----waiting patiently for now haha thanks again for responding...
