Lets review..

I want to visit the FFXIV main page i have to log in..

i want to go to MOG station I have to log in..

I want to come into the forums i have to log in

I want to go to main SE page i have to log in..

I can't visit the main ffxiv main page until i have a character and can't use the forums either. But many Can't make Characters because that ability is frozen on most servers and those servers are full atm. When the stars align and I can make a character i still can't use the forums until i choose my main in some fashion that wasn't explained until i guessed i have to click on some little friggin star on the character picture..

Your account system is poorly designed, Unintuitive and a tossed together mess of individual pages that are apparently supposed to work together.

We should get an achievement and some in game reward just for successfully navigating the maze of where to login , when and trying to figure this all out with some of the worse and mostly non existent instructions.

can we PLEASE have some account and forum integration at some time.

P.s top those who will post without reading..the department and techs dealing with the forums i can guarantee are not the ones dealing with game issues and certainly are not the game devs so im not taking resources from anywhere critical asking this.

give me a week and i'll find it..

right now i can't even find the way to pay for a subscription ..not that im going to yet but i can't believe they don't have a clear and concise path to the subscription page at launch. Do i use the MOG page or the SE account management page..

you can login to the MOG page and try to go to some other page and now you have to use a captcha system where i didn't have to anywhere else..

this is seriously the most ass backwards way of doing things i can imagine. Its almost as if between the launch issues and the utter disaster of an account system they want you to navigate they are trying their best to make this game fail in North America..I cannot fathom anyone with ANY formal form of education in web design actually being involved in this systems function testing and design. this is akin to something i expect from a highschool level web design student. I mean...even these forums are the most uninspired garbage...im surpised they aren't ad supported from some dodgy free clan forum service.
