Issues with digital collector's edition redeemption

Ah, okay. Now I see what's going on...

Anyway what fixed my problem was doing what xJeris pointed out by going to:
1. (http://findmyorder.com).
2. Enter your information. Click on next...
3. You should see serial number.
4. Open another browser or window and go to: (https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation) and login and enter your password.
5. Go to account services and you should see a add windows platform or something like that and click that box and you should come across a page that says code entry. In that, there should be 5 empty spaces.
6. Copy and paste each part from your serial number you got from (findmyorder.com) into those 5 empty spaces.

Hopefully it works out.

Ok. Problem is when you see just the serial number on the findmyorder.com. I got the early access code/pre order code (a five spaces code) and the serial number (a four spaces code). When you login into the mogstation, after registering and all that stuff, it shows standard edition although the code supposedly is CE. Trying to add the five spaces code (early access/pre-order code) which is btw, the only code that works since the serial number code is a 4 spaces code, it says already registered (which would be fine if the code could unlock the CE bonus but it didnt).


So my question is: we are supposed to receive 3 codes, correct? 1-the serial number, 2-the early access/pre-order code, 3- colector's edition code.

In a nutshell, as far as i could see, many of us havent received the third code yet for some reason. If it was suposed to show on the http://findmyorder.com, it didn´t. If it was supposed to be sent by email, well, it didn´t either.

You should have received (an this doesn't apply to PS3 ordered from the playstation store):
An 18 digit code that you redeemed to get
A 20 digit preorder code that you redeemed for early access and the two freebies.
Finally you should received a game registration code that is also 20 digits. This will either be with your game if you purchased physical or provided to you from your digital retailer.

If you don't have that 3rd code, you don't actually have a copy of the game registered and you will be running out of free time soon (Today if you only have early access, in a week or so if you have 2 weeks from playing 1.0).

findmyorder.com is for SE NA store purchases primarily. Not sure if any other digital retailers use them.

That was my point. Thanks for answering. In fact I did order the physical CE. But since it havent arrived yet and the launch has already kicked in, I thought they would be sending the code just to make sure you are able to play. As you said, im running out of time and since im still waiting for the box to get here, i cant get the code in the box (obviously). Perhaps ill have to contact the costumer support to see if they can send me the other code since I have the serial code of my order and the invoice?

They gave you a 3 day grace period to get your physical copy already. Doubtful they will do anything else.
