Issues with digital collector's edition redeemption

Hi,

I've been having several issues with my account and the accessing the DLC that came with the PC digital collector's edition.

The first is on http://na.square-enix.com/us/home. I cannot update my email address from there unlike in http://www.square-enix.com/na/account/ which I have.

My second issue I have is the DLC that came with the PC digital collector's. I am not speaking about the preorder DLC that came with it -- I already got it.

I cannot find where I am supposed to enter a code for obtaining the Warrior of Light Helmet, Mini Behemoth Companion, Coeurl Mount, and Behemoth Chocobo Armour.

Someone mentioned Mog Station?

I did get an email from Square-Enix on the 27th over redownloading the game client again an addition to the same early access registration, but I also got some code pertaining to digital rights?

If anyone could please help that would be greatly appreciated. I have waited awhile by emailing Square-Enix but they have yet to answer me. It's been about a week now and no response. I can't seem to find a contact number or live chat.

I understand it's opening week and all. I am just a little upset that I cannot get any answers as of late.

I, also, have not received any information about my account. I did the early access, and got an emailed code from SE on the 24th for the early access code. However, I now am told that I have only 2 days to get this all figured out bc that's what's remaining on my "free trial version".

I read another post: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...n-but.../page2 over the same thing but unlike him, I never got another email with another code unless this digital rights code is it, but I doubt it since its a long code and does not fit in the Mog Station registration.

Grrr... I still can't find anyone to help [Edit] I mean official help.

I ordered digital ce version from se. I had to go to my order at http://findmyorder.com . The reg code was listed there, separate from the early access code.

Registered on mog station and got my ce items.

So the digital rights its not the code, well I'm completely lost in this if someone knows how can we redeem the codes for the CE items please tell us and with an existing account not a new one

In the find my order I only see the unlock code and the serial number

correct. The serial number (5 sets of 4 numbers/letters) is what you need to get the CE items.

Then go to the Mog Station, log in, and under your account status where it lists your account with the caith sith doll and moggle cap, click on the Add platform icon.

I ordered from SE as well. Still not understanding this https://www.findmyorder.com/DRHM/store ? I mean, it asks for a password? and email? but I never registered at digital river -- I ordered from SE although I did get a digital river receipt? I'm not entirely sure what's going on... >.<

everyone keeps saying this, but when you hit that button it doesn't give you any place to enter the code. it says something about playstation 3.
