Purchased Collector's Edition but...

I purchased the collector's edition. I received ingame the Sith pet and the Moogle cap, but have not received my Coeurl mount and other items. I have seen numerous people riding Coeurls so I know they are being sent out. Why weren't my items all sent at the same time?

I specifically bought the CE version because of the mount only. I don't like riding ingame on a big chicken. Yes, I still have my receipt. Yes, I bought it directly from the Square Enix shop and not an independent dealer.

You have to go into the Mog Station https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/mogstation/ and register your CE code. I had the same issue until I registered the code I received yesterday.

Well for me it's exactly the opposite, i'm 1.0 legacy player with collectors edition but I haven't received the Moogle Hat and Cait Sith Minion, but I do received the bahamut minion, coeurl mount,helm of light and the bahamut mount for your chocobo

Those items are Pre-order only, not Collectors edition

You need the CE code, not the pre order code. If you purchased from SE they sent you a new code yesterday.

I must say, in playing all kinds of different MMO's this is the worst launch as far as account/server issues I have ever seen. I even launched Vanguard. Vanguard was play issues and broken stuff. I think I am more frustrated with the login/account issues. I have an early access code, a game code and a digital CE code. No explanation how to use it. I had to fumble on it myself and learn how to do it. I even bought the game twice because I couldnt get the first one to work. I can probably go back and activate it now, if I ever choose to, with what I learned.

Just a heads-up, Chichong, the hat and minion are pre-order items for those that pre-ordered 2.0. Returning 1.0 players don't get those automatically. You would have needed to pre-order a copy of 2.0.
So you've received everything officially due to you.

Well I also did pre - ordered the game ARR at my local game store and picked it up today (ps3 version) but they said they didn't get any extra vouchers for DLC so i'm wondering do I have to register the ps3 version to get those 2 items ?????
