    Black Mage Taking the Black

    So my Thaumaturge is level 33 and my Arcanist is level 15, but when I try to accept this quest, its saying my Arcanist isn't high enough level (requiring "Arc Lv.15), is this not Arcanist, or do i have to complete its guild quest at 15 first?
