    To fish or not to fish..

    So I am going nuts on the princess trout quest, which spot to fish the HQ fish, the quest says the Zym river sorry if i spelled it wrong, in total I fished on and off 30 minutes in the spot and no luck, than looked on line and says its in another fishing spot, tried that spot to on and off 30 minutes total, so any help thx ahead of time is it just random getting the HQ fish?

    Fish fish fish!
    Princess Trout is also located at the Fishmonger is Limsa in The Hyalien.
    Princess Trout could be fished at Nym river in Middle La Noscea.
    Fishing at river side, not the sea port.

    You can get them at the Nym river. Make sure you use the right bait, bloodworm iirc

    And yeah, HQ fish is kind of random, having high Perception helps chances.

    Be sure to use the right bait. The fishing guild master should've told you what bait to use. Use as much gear with perception as you can. It's all rng, though. I was nearly level 10 by the time I completed the "catch three sardines" quest.
