So... if im understanding this right. We get a 2nd chance at at changing our 1.0 chars? cuze like myself i wasnt able to load benchmark appearance to my 1.0 char.

Only those affected bit is a little concerning. I only reported my first character having a minor detail botched... I wonder if I'll only get it for that character or how they are even deciding who gets the option.

Hmm... I did notice i wasnt ever given the option to load benchmark appearance to replace my 1.0 appearance. I wonder if il be given the option to redo as well....

I thought it would happen at EA since they post that on 22th but nothing for me.

I hope they didn't skipped me : I couldn't choose to import my benchmark character either :s

I'd like to know what's going to happen with this as well. Had everything set up on Benchmark, only to find out the only way to load it was to roll a new character, which was disabled on my server at the time. <.<

They might be holding it off until release as normal 1.0 accounts did not get early access. We shall see. I'm sure they'll tell us eventually how to go about doing this.

I also was unable to load from the benchmark, but here's hoping they'll let us redo at launch.

Is there somewhere specific under support we're supposed to report for this? Or are we just waiting for more info as the vague official post says?
